A 2-stroke like this is pretty simple. If you dont have any mechanical damages, and can turn the prop around not hearing/feeling anything strange, then cehck this:

1. Do you feel a normal comp.?
2. Is your glowplug really glowing?
3. Do you get fuel through your system?

- Then turn main needle out 2,5 turns, give it some throttle, and it will start.

If you have tried "everything", I guess something obvious/basic is left out. For me, I found the main needle was choked by old fuel. Go over it again, adjust the idle needle and main needle, make sure the plug glows, and start the da... thing.
