Default RE: Time spent to build an ARF?

It takes me an embarssing long time to build my ARFs. The UCD, both sizes, took me 30-40 hours, box said 6-8. My 4th one looks like about half that time, mostly because I use same engine mount and the control rods were done already. I've built H9 Ultra Sticks, all three, Sig Mayhem, Twist, Avistar, and all have been in the 20-40 hour range. I don't mind though, because I consider it part of the hobby and enjoy doing it. I also do a better job on each one I do. You get to notice little things to improve on. Takes another couple hours after I get it airborne to trim it out the way I like it with balance, etc. By then I'm ready for another one.
Thanks,
Barry
