I think what these guys are trying to say is "use the 4* now, but don't buy the stick if you don't already have it."

I am just beginning flying IMAC and the guys on RCU have helped me more than they know. If fly your 4* and get comfortable wtih that plane you will realize that the coupling and relatively non-precision characteristics of a "Stick" will not be what you really want.

If you have some time still before you buy the stick check out some of the 40 or 60 size extras, edges or caps out there, they will be great for Basic and carry you into Sportsman. If you have more money to spend, go bigger, you won't be sorry!

That advice is working great for me so far!
