Unfortunately I have to agree with HAd on this. I've not even had a whiff of trouble with any hyper diff, I have seen them chew pinions on others rides but this was gearbox wear. I wonder if you are overfilling them with lube or there is actually a case problem.BUT you are the only one with this reported problem. If you can get a pic on here of it then I am interested to see how you mean.
