I will try to get some pictures tonight. The metal bushing looks like it it molded into the diff case. the plastic around the metal is breaking off on the inside. It looks like it has to much of a torsional load on the bushing perpendicular to the axel. I could see this happeing on the front with all the up and down movement that it sees from the axel ball. But in the center there should not be in torque on it.

I just rebuilt my diff with another case I had that the gears ate themsleves and I am getting some binding. How should I be shimming these diffs. each of the planatary gears has a small shim under it and the main gears have only the large shim that goes over the O ring.

Yes I do have a pro kit but it is a couple years old. It sat on a guys shelf for two years he never built it.
