It was in an addendum, separate from the instruction manual.

Anyway,
CG is 3/8 to 3/4 Inch in front of the front of the rear wing cabane
Throws

Up/down, and R/L

Aileron 3/16" Hi 1/4"
Elevator 3/4" Hi 1"
Rudder 1.5" Hi 2"
