Digital video cameras can upload video to your PC using a firewire port. I haven't found a cheap one yet, though.

Most of the videos we've taken are on compact VHS tapes. My neighbor has been kind enough to convert them to AVI files for us. Then I edit them in MS Movie Maker and post them.

I hope to get a digital video camera soon so I won't have to bother my neighbor all the time. :-)
