Its you! I have hovered many of planes with 3003 and one even had a SLOW rudder and it was fine. The speed of your servos and amount of throw determine how far ahead of the plane you need to be. DOnt be with the plane correcting it! you need to know what it is going to do and why it is doing it and then you will see much more progression.
