I don't think that he has an Irish grandmother but if you guys try hard enough you may find one for him. We had an influx of Irish into Argentina in the mid and late 1800. Look at what the professional football teams do in Europe to comply with the limits on foreign players. They just find them a "grandsomething" and get the citizenship papers.
