I believe if you just disconnect the AUX channel the Ecu will automatically change back to single channel mode. I have a 9C and run in single channel mode, it works fine. If it doesn't automatically switch back you can press the "Limits" key and scroll until you see "AUX-channel", set this to "Not use" and it will be in single channel mode. Then the only difference is you will have to raise the throttle slightly for a few seconds before lowering the trim to shut the motor off. This will simulate the auto shut down sequence and allow the motor to cool before shut down.
