I wanted to post an update to my SK engine. I called SK and they sent me a new carb. This carb had some "sticking" throttle barrel problems but not as severe as the original. I took the carb apart, re-assembled it and worked the throttle open and close maybe a hundred times and the carb barrel started working free and easy. I installed the carb back on the engine and the engine has been running very good every since. Real easy starting, good response and like I said finally no sticking through the throttle range. The engine seems to have very good power.
