OK, the reason you didn't hear from us was because we assumed that you had received it. Now I remember the situation, we talked with the UPS people who said they were gonna track down the driver and find out where it was delivered.
I'm sorry but since I heard nothing else (this happened on a Friday afternoon I believe) I assumed that you had located the package.
Call us Monday AM and we'll follow up with UPS. If the plane is gone we'll get another one out to you. We always insure the packages.
I keep repeating this, please do not assume that just because this is a mom-and-pop operation that there's nothing much going on around here. The phone rings from morning to night, the only time it stops is when it's busy because we're on it. If you have a situation that's urgent don't wait a week for us to follow up, call us back.
