Same here! I have one from Darryl Usher... I am just going to try find a thread adapter of some sort? I think the trigger valve is designed to fit the smaller silver Powermax bottles found only? in the U.S.
It does not fit the larger Powermax green camp stove type bottles. (different size thread) As I am in Canada and I only have the larger Powermax green camp stove type available around these parts, Ontario- via Canadian Tire and Home Depot, and the trigger valve sure does not fit them??
