I picked up my supply of PM while at FJ 2002. I stopped at the Coleman outlet store in Jacksonville.

There are actually 3 different canisters from Coleman. One is the standard size, brushed aluminum like we all see at the fields. Another is made for smaller cook stoves and looks identical, except it is about 1/2 size, for the light backpacker.

There was a third type which come in a can similar to the standard Coleman green propane, but with a slightly different shape and green color. I had to look twice myself. It has a different connector than the brushed aluminum cans. I would guess the volume in the can is about the same as the larger aluminum can. It fits under one of Coleman's camp stoves, which is larger than their compact stoves and lamps that use the brushed aluminum cans.
