Mike, yet another nugget of wisdom from you

. The guys are right, a warbird is going to require alot more finesse than a sport plane to fly around. They are extremely non-forgiving. The best way to learn how to fly one is to take a brick, or half a brick, cram it in the fuse of your trainer, cut the rates down on your surfaces, overprop it, and fly it. If you can keep it from stalling throughout an entire flight, and successfully do touch n gos, and the manditory high speed pass with victory roll, then build a warbird.
Seriously, wait until you have a few planes under your belt before you get something youre going to be really attached to. It's easier to mourn the loss of a $99.00 arf than a $250.00 warbird that youve poured your heart and soul into.
What do ya supposed the percentage of corsair builders build the wing upside down????
Good Luck, and if you do it, Post pics and video.
