Default looks vs. flight...

Unless your warbird has to have real close scale looks to it, you can get a sport scale model that is fairly easy to fly and land. Great Planes makes a sport Mustang kit that is often used for a second plane and their are some great flying Mustang ARFs out there. For other sport warbirds, Midwest makes a ME109 that is easy to fly. Direct Connection makes a 60 size Hawker Sea Fury that takes off by itself, is very easy to fly and lands lands almost as easy as the takeoff. Just letting you know that you have some options.
