A 12 or 15 with a wide flywheel and a low idle is so easy to stop with a touch because it does not have any power. If you are trying it with a larger engine, a thin flywheel or a high idle speed then you deserve what you get.

If you can't shut off an engine by blocking the exhaust you need to fix all the leaks.

If you think plugging off the exhaust to stop the engine floods the engine with fuel, well.........nothing I type will change your mind.

Pinching off the fuel like is still my favorite way to stop and engine, just not always possible.
