As he said ATI Radeon i think it is a typo and should be 8500 not 5800.
Anyway i agree with bluemagic you need to get a decent aftermarket CPU heatsink and fan.
The Graphics card should be ok with its own cooler unless it is real crappy.
You may also find having two input fans and only one out that the air flow is messed up, you should be expelling more than you are sucking in (the two 80's are possibly shifting more air than the 120) hence build up of air temp that can not get out.
You can always try disconnecting one of the inputs and see if you get better flow. Round IDE cables and tidying power cable routes can also help by reducing the obstruction to airflow.
