some of your #'s dont make a lot of sence to me like a 5800 is a Nvidia card a ATI card would be a 9800
Yes it is a typo should be ATI Radeon 9800 Pro 128 MHz. Removed the wax on heatsink, lapped out fine milling circles progressively 500 to 1500 grit, (then some tooth paste); followed Arctic Silver's Cermanic instructs. Have round cables for both floppy and discs drives (2) in shopping cart. Will check out items mentioned Newegg. Currently looking at Arctic Cooling Freezer4 for cpu and their AVC-AT 1 Rev.2 for the video card.

You may also find having two input fans and only one out that the air flow is messed up, you should be expelling more than you are sucking in (the two 80's are possibly shifting more air than the 120) hence build up of air temp that can not get out.
I thought about that also. The case has two side screen vents in window. A flame beside it indicates a suction into case. It seems that the outlets (120mm and the PSU fan are responsible for the suction.)

better addressed in a high end gaming forum like for HL or something.
I'm not a gamer, never had the time. As close as I have come are MS Flight Sims over the years and now AeroFlyPro deluxe for my new hobby. Hopefully this thread may assist non-gamers in selection and use of AFPD. Basis for the post here was to find out if there were any settings or tricks/tips to make the program LESS demanding on VGA card. Also based on manual comments the FPS seemed unrealistic compared to the FPS rates mentioned. optimal match with 60 or more FPS. Also wanted to verify that 60 FPS was not a misprint.
The graphics and color are outstanding using 1024 x 768 and 32 bit color on older HP M70 monitor. Built this computer primarily with specs to assure it would handle AeroFly Pro Deluxe at optimum for all models and scenery... Now to control the temp.
