well I do run a high end gamming forums/Clan and I can probaly help you here as we deal with this on a regualr basis
for your temps how are you monitoring it most apps are way off ( up to as much as 15c + or - ) is your app reading the diode in the CPU or using the MB temp sensor becasue that will report higher temps too
as for your fan setup with out knowing the CFM of the fans at 12v it will be hard to say if you are running positive or negitive case pressure positive is good to keep the dust out but make the CPU/GPU run hotter in most cases
negitive will make the dust come in from every crack in the case but the CPU/GPU will be running cooler in most setups (but not always)
if you dont know the CFM of your setup I would get a fan bus and then lower the intake voltage to lower the CFM intake and see if that helps
also Case wiring is also a concern I spent a fair ammount of time routing wires around out side the air flow path in my case and wraping the ones that had to pass throught he air flow path in wire loom to help clean it up

also you may wan to consider a better cooling solution then the stock cooler I run the zalman 92mm fan cooler system does a really good job (never go over 10c above room temp) and its wisper quite at full speed
