lol, you will be surprised I am afraid by how little range the #4 has. Mine goes nuts when it gets more than 50' away which is not very far at all. I have increased the range from around 35' to 50' by unrapping the antenna from the skids and wrapping it from the front of the heli to the rear and back. if you want to test it, try taking off on a nice surface near an area with decent grass to fly over. slowly fly away from you and when it starts acting weird run after it quickly and you may get it back in range before it goes down in the grass. unfortunately i found out over cement.
