I want to share the new struts for my hotspot with you.

introduction:
till now I used the original Eurokit retracts and struts. both worked great, the 6mm steel pin , connecting the retract and the leg failed however. we fly at a smooth gras runway. once hard landed and this steel pin was bent. more worse, during rolling on the gras for take off, sometimes this piece of junk bent again. in the better case this led to an incomplete gear up situation. the worse case was, gear completely up, and switching to gear down for landing, one or both struts failed to come out.
therefore I decided to replace the week steel pin by a hardened steel one. this resulted in a severe damage of the retract mounting blocks after an emergancy landing.
