It doesn't take any kind of a special mix. Put Right elevator in Ch 2 and Left elevator in Ch 8 or Ch 7 if you don't have an 8 channel receiver. Should be able to activate AUX channel (7 or 8) and everything should work. Then you will have to adjust a little bit to get them working at the proper/same speed and travel. Not all that hard really.
