No such problem with mine. Are you sure that your elevator halves are parallel? Sometimes small differences there can have a big effect. That and some form of warpage are about all I can think of. I had an Edge 540 with a warped wing. I bought a Robart incidence meter, which made that pretty easy to identify. It was wash-in, so the resulting tendancy was not banking but rather a sever tendancy to tip stall.
