As mentioned above, yes the wing comes off the 4*60. However, since you are apparently going to build yours from the kit instead of ASSEMBLING the ARF (Good for you!), you have an advantage, should you decide to take it. I built my 4*60 without the last bay on each wing tip. In otherwords, I have a clipped wing 4*60. Though I did mine that way to improve the roll rate (which it does quite well), it also has the added benefit or making the wing several inches shorter.

If you are concerned that such a mod will make the plane tough to fly, rest assured that it is still VERY well behaved, and in fact will slow down nicely on landing, even without using the flaperons that I sometimes use.
