Default RE: dragonfly 4 beginner needs help...

I just tried my heli with the main blade off, but the small short blade on, so that i can tell the speed. and now I'm sure the main rotor is just spinning at full speed, regardless of the controller, whether the throttle channel (ch 3) is lowest, highest, moderate, or whatever, even tried switching on the heli with my transmitter switched off. If i disconnect the main rotor's motor, then the tail rotor will responding with my ch 3 position though, which i think is normal (pushing up will start spinning the tail rotor). i've also tried other control, the servos are working and responding correctly, so does the rolling left and right (don't know what does that call).

Basically I have no control over the speed of the main rotor... does that means something is wrong with my circuit board? Its like 35USD... maybe i should get one?
