any chance you can fed ex and charge it to ups i just dont trust em
Both of them are quite good at messing up stuff, that would be like the blind leading the blind if you had Fedex ship it. A tad off subject but try shipping a rifle and see what happens to it. You get the idea. FYI when I have my Extra shipped, it will be forward air or Greyhound. I have no probs with driving somewhere to pick up my plank as long as I have the piece of mind that not only will it arrive, but without forklift holes in the boxes.

Forward Air makes errors, too. My Son had a Columbo Anderson 40% Extra shipped via Forward Air from Pennsylvamia to the San
Francisco Airport. They called him and said the shipment was there. He drove 60 miles to get it, and all they had was the small box
with the canopy and cowl. He looked at the shipping documents, which clearly stated two boxes. This was on a Friday. They gave
him a phone number to contact a claims official, who claimed it was the first he heard about it when my Son called late on Monday.
The best advice is to listen to Tom and follow what he says. You all have a good idea how much shipping he does with UPS. Call him,
let him deal with the problem. He's a big business account and you're receiving one shipment. Who do you think they will listen to?
