Well for the easy way on elevators get a Y-connector with a reverser. This will take out any radio lag.

Ohio superstar or Dave patrick tail wheel will work.

My hardpoints are tapped and I added some gorrilla glue when I did the final install, once cured overnight I cut the bolt to desired length.
