The tumble I know is were you are on a vertical up-line then cut the throttle, full down elevator on 3D rates. The airplane will go into an outside loop. The second it reaches the inverted harrier then go WOT and the plane will go into another outside loop but it will loop REALLY fast and tight. Carefull though this causes negative G's.
