Foxy,
Read and answer only the forums that meet your needs, I will answer all the others including the ones asking how fast and which buggy is better.
What a great way you have come up with to scare people off the hobby, yes, the ones that you say no zero about it. We all start that way. I doubt you knew anything about RC the first time you saw one.
Tell me. How is it different to not go into an electric section of this forum, and not going into a thread you hate so much? It isnt. What if I am a NOOB and search the best truggy, and I find a thread that says the "Ofna Dominator can walk the walk" and go away thinking that the Dom is still the Shiznit?
Nobody said that people should do a search and accept the info they find...especially if it's out of date. What is getting irritating is when there are three topics on the front page all about the same thing, and it's happened a lot lately, you must have noticed. I am always happy to give people the benefit of my experience and research, as long as they show that they are at least prepared to do a bit of the legwork for themselves...e.g. A 'good' noob (as I was once, a long time ago), would open with something like...Hi evry1, I've done a search and it seems that the best buggy for me would be the Hyper PBS 'cos I like the fact that it has a starter box and a .21 engine, and I have about $450 to spend, does anyone have any other suggestions...?' Just an example, of course I don't expect everyone to be perfect, but a little bit of exercised common sense would be nice...
