All what you say has validity,
But this forum is a newbie form,,,with a handfull of guys that have some knowledge and are willing to help the new guys out. If you find fault with this set up, don't partisipate. Why you come the the forums and let the questions get you upset is beond me,, It is what it is. If you don't like it don't read the forums.

I'd have to say I only read 5-10% of the threads started in about 4 sub forums, because there are plenty of guys jumping in to help the newbies with these repetitive questions, I don't feel the need to read or reply to every one. Sitting here complaining that a newbies asks the same question as other newbies doesn't make the newbies feel welcome. Poilitely advising the newbies to use the search feature is cool, but getting upset that they don't is just wasted energy, just skip it.
