Thats very true. $3 per flight on a Moki.

I'd go gasoline, so shop around for the best deals on bigger stuff. They are a lot more stable. The deals are out there if you look around hard enough.
Whoever is paying $3 per flight on a moki is doing something wrong. Moki's run great (if not best) on fuel with around 5% nitro. Locally here that runs $8 per gallon and I buy it by the case. I get about 12-16 flights otu of a gallon on my planes depending on if I putz around or I hover the entire flight.
$8 for 5%! thats Great! What Moki and plane? What prop and how heavy is the plane?
128oz/12 to 16flights =11oz to 8oz of fuel used per flight. How long do you fly for? I know if I fly low power 3D(like harriers) mileage is great.
Here in the Portland area the best price I can find on 5% is $10.99--it is the same price as 10% and 15% is $11.99(some shops have jumped up to $13 & 15% $14)
At $12.00 a gal it would cost $3.00 a gal if 32oz of fuel were used per flight.
