Default RE: Triplane What is this?

Tom, Fokker aircraft are famous for their "streaky" camouflage but in every photo I have ever seen the streaking on the fuse goes from top to bottom and the streaking in the wings goes from LE to TE -- now back and forth from wing-tip to wing-tip like has been done here (with a spray can). BTW, in most (all) cases, the streaking on the fuse stopped forward of the mid-wing's TE. As for it being "very scale" well I don't need any larger photos to see, for example, that the UC and cabane struts are made of simple bent music wire, that the ailerons are on the wrong wing, the rudder is oversized, there's no cockpit, and the interplane struts are lacking in any detail.

For $50 with a Quadra engine this was a great deal and I would probably have gone for it was well. But only as a fixer-uper. It shouldn't be too much work to strip off the covering (which would also allow a look inside to see if there is any internal damage) and recover and repaint. The mid-wing ailerons might also make this a very nice "trainer" DrI if the owner would like to get a more scale one down the road.

PS. Please disregard this entire post if I've mistakenly taken a non-serious post seriously.
