(I think even helicopters....but I could be wrong.) It is amazing that he has been able to avoid burnout and he is always near the top....simply a fantastic pilot and modeler!

I'll bet we see alot more of young Sean.... I've seen him do some incredible flying too, shoot these guys are all so good....

I remember a world engines commercial years ago on Dave Brown.... I think it said something like: I may never be able to beat Whitley or Chidgey, but I have a good chance to outlive them.... (He was about 26 and flying a Phoenix 5 or a 6 at the time.... Well, Dave did his own share of the winning without having to wait to outlive them....haha.

What a great sport....huh? No age limits....yeah....
Attached is a photo taken in B'ham AL in 1969 of Jim Whitley with the famous "Daddy Rabbit". He is in the red shirt and the red white and blue plane is the DR.

Congratulations to all the TOC competitors. I have had the pleasure of flying with a couple and it is truly rewarding to see what is possible. Thanks to you all for raising the bar of competition and quality. Without this much of what we enjoy as off the shelf equipment wouldn't exist.
