I have the STA-M and use Robart struts. I did not use screws for the pants. I used E6000. One side has come lose with the covering so I put pin holes in the Monocote at the junction of the pant and CA'd the pin holes. Then I reglued the pant using E600. The other side is holding up. I just glued the front and each side in the back. Just enough to hold it on but hopefully not a pain to remove if I have to access the struts. A very nice flying plane! 120 Laser glow fuel.
