You should really stick your 2.5r in your Revo for our race next weekend. I'm running a the stock engine in my LST and have raced at least 2 dozen different Revo's. I was at a track in Houston with two heats of Revo's (I was the only LST) and I was running a gear set that lowered my topend and I could still pull away from Revo's with no problems in the straights. They may claim a extra mph on top but if I'm at top speed in 10yards or so and they are just getting ready to hit second then it's just too late for them. This is my direct experience from racing Revo's. A lot of it depends on the track and the Revo driver but out of 2 dozen or so that I have been in races with I know some of the guys are clearly better drivers than me. The Revo is a great little truck and seems very durable but I can't wait for you to see what a LST is like in person.
