Default RE: LST

I've already seen what an LST is like in person... I just have not run against one with my Revo. I'd rather not go through the pain of putting my old 2.5r back in... actually, I was getting bored the other night, and pulled it apart and noticed that my sleeve was a bit scored (my guess is when I changed the glowplug... I accidentally dropped some dirt in there... mistakes of a newbie) To be honest, I don't care whether I win or lose. I realize that I opened my big mouth when I shouldn't have... and you called me on it... I'm not a racer by any means... never have been, never will be... but I will race you... because I am a man of my word. Unfortunately, in a track race, it will come down to driver skill... and since you've been a bit more practiced at racing than I have... you will have the upper hand. Honestly, the bigger engine in my truck will hurt me on the track... it has too much low-end power for the track and my tire combo... which makes it so that I really have to be careful with my throttle finger, or else I slide all over. Technically, I'd probably be a better racer if I had the 2.5r... because I wouldn't have to play with the throttle as much... Practicing... I ran down an OS .18tz powered Revo on the straight... it's got tons of power... and it's fast, but on the track, unless it's wet... I have a hard time with it... 'cause it starts sliding if I get anywhere NEAR 3/4 throttle... with the old layout I was 1/4 to 1/2 throttle the whole way... haven't had a chance to hit the track since they've changed it... guess I better hit it this week sometime...
