Default RE: RACING DEVIL HOBBY TRADERS

It seems as though MajortomRCU, was the only person so far to get a ligitimate deal. Florida obviously as farther away from British Columbia for shipping purposes than the U.S. Northeast. That being said, then why would the shipping more expensive to the N.E. States than to Florida? I think that I recall that MajortomRCU is also from the N.E. and that makes you wonder where the $35.00 shipping charges stated for the USA and Canada really encompass. I actually really want the kit, but not at those shipping fees. In further e-mails today they, RDT (And the third different contact person) offered to cancel the sale to avoid being reported to that other "auction site" by me. I suggested that in the future that they be more specific as to where additional charges would be imposed to the U.S. I was told that the matter would be taken up with the manager. Now if I was the manager, I would have eaten this deal to avoid exactly what is going on here, the negative comments. I as a manager would have completed the transaction even at a loss for the positive word of mouth effects. I have saved all of the e-mail correspondence in the event that there could be a possible problem with that other "auction site". The old adage still holds true, "If the deal is too good to be true, it probably is". Needless to say I have no faith in Canadian companies now after this. That is a shame as my brother in law is Canadian and is a great guy. IMHO they also make some of the finest beer in the world.. Does this scenario sound similar to some who have dealt with GSP?? Sounds like it to me.
