RE: Pinning Hinges?
Pinning Tips, don't use CA for pinning. If you slow down while inserting the ttohpick, the glue will suddenly set wheather it is in far enough or not! Wood glue works the best for this. Use the round tooth picks and cut them in half. Drill a small hole through the hinge. Add wood glue to the tooth pick and insert it with the pointy end until the middle of the toothpick that you just cut is level with the outside of the control surface. Now when the glue drys you only have one side to sand level instead of 2 sides! BTW unless you are using the giant scale hinges, I find that 1 pin for each side of the hinge is adequte.[8D]
