I'm trying to couple a "mix" so that the flaps (Ailerions) both go up about 10% or so when I apply up elevator? Plus I want to be able to turn this on and off on switch "A"

I'm trying to accomplish is a setup to do Harriers.

I'm assuming from what I have read that this is the correct way to mix the control surfaces.
