The OS motor you want to use is the .18 cvrx standard crank, rotary carb, pull start, and side exhaust.
Stock they do about 45 mph. With the stock gearing and the OS motor probably a few mph more due to higher rpm's and it will get there alot faster. Keep in mind that a MT going that fast is a hard to control, so stay away form inmovable objects.
