Default RE: New Genesis problems

I have been pulling the pull start straight out the side and less than 12 inches, This isn't my first truck, but it is the only one I have had this problem with. A friend of mine told me to pull the one way off and soak it in IPA (alcohol), some of the unburned fuel may have leaked out of the exhaust and dripped inside the pull start and is causing it to slip or a piece of dirt might have become lodged in the one-way so I am trying this. The question that comes to my mine is, Does the new engine have to much compression for the one-way and maybe it will be ok after I run it a few times?
