Flyin-low, which Hobbico trainer did you get? I bought an Avistar about 6 weeks ago, soloed for the first time last week. I've found it to be a nice easy plane to learn on. The G2 has been a HUGE help. I usually log at least a half-dozen takeoffs and landings every day.
