Default BME on the H9 33% ers

The BME I am flying on the H9 Extra is the older version like 98cc and turns a Menz S 24-10 at around 6800. The Bolly 26-10 CF prop was running in the 64-6500 range.

The Extra has a weight of 24.5lbs....

I also have a CAP and it looks like with that same BME should be down in the sub 23lb range. Many improvements were made on the CAP and it is sure to be lighter. I also think its a good looking bird in the red white and blue.

I'm curious to see Kelly's Cap fly with the 80 single. What about shaking? I'm by no means a gasser type of guy...but the larger singles I have seen shake a bunch...not that the BME is a smotth purring machine mind you but its better than some of the big singles I have seen......

What about CG in the Cap Dick?

In the Extra I had the batteries right on the CG and it was great. Right in the middle of the range given by Mike...and I think it flew great there. In fact I didn't like the CG behind there it was a much better performer with the CG foreward. Gave something up in 3D abilities but that's why they make weights and wire ties...
