Default 140dz starting

Hi Dave,

Mounted my 140dz in a new plane the other day.
When starting it takes a couple of minutes of turning the engine over to get fuel up to the pump.
i put this down to the vent line exiting under the plane and sucking fuel out like a siphon making a negative pressure in the tank. and the tank is on the CofG 7!QUOT! from the engine.

the second problem 8 minutes of flying the engine starts dyeing like it is out of fuel still has 2/3 full. Here i think it maybe the clunk ( i am naughty i used a dubro large bore clunk i will put the YS one in this week and try) your thoughts?
or could it be were i have exited the overflow/vent line causing a venturi effect creating a vacuum?
