is that the gws dragonfly.. ive had one for a while never could get the silly thing to work i blame the radio they shipped with it..anyway might be able to help you.

rule 1 ANYTIME SOMTHING IS WRONG WITH THESE LITTLE HELICOPTERS TAKE THEM IMMEDIATLY BACK TO WHERE U BOUGHT IT.
id say 30% are not built right or are out of trim or have some issue that makes them not work. take yours for example......

now remember ive never flown a heli just paid over 200 for one that don't work but if i had to guess i would say that your sppedcontroler/gyro is wiered backwards. does the tail engage if you move the heli from side to side is the tail even spinning.. check to make sure that the people at the factory didn't accidently plug the tail motor into the main and vice versa
