Attached file with drawing. I think this should work well outlining the red with yellow and then the blue. Not an exact match to the fuse but a good compliment in my opinion. You could also do the same thing on the stab/rudder however it may be difficult with the really small size of the outlines. Let me know if you like this and I'll plot it for you full size.
