a TwinStar with two .40's is not really overkill.. 'specially four strokes.. There are many that are up on OS .46 FX's.. As with
anything, it is up to the operator as to how fast it is going..
You give it full throttle it will go fast.. Just remember, a TwinStar has small fuel tanks..
