Default Cheap-O Cox engine combat?

Hey,

Earlier this week I was at the local funky closeout store and picked up 3 Cox Comanche free flight helicopters (with starting kits for 10 bux each, not bad for the engine eh?).

What I was thinking was that myself and 2 other friends remove the motor from the heli and put them on a cheap plane to combat.

I'm thinking it must be foam, and ideally should be incredibly simple to remove the radio and power system from the plane to install on a new one when the 1st bites the dust.

I have experimented hacking a Norvel .061 engine onto a Toys R Us foam plane, but was wondering if you guys have any better ideas out there.

I'd expect we'd use the .049 engine, micro servos, eg HS81, and some smallish rx pack and rx (wrapped in tons of soft foam).

Thanks~
