That doesnt look like a .61, or even an .061 for that matter (sorry, hehe)...

I would consider making my own jogs and templates to hot cut my own design, or a modded design by someone else.
I actually found that there is a foam cutter here at my school, tho a project I used it for last year yielded poor results. I imagine I would have to mess with the wire itself or the tension to get good cuts.

For combat, is that GWS rx ok? I use one on my Piccolo and Mini Max just fine, but I'd be wary to put one on a combat plane with a nitro engine, (Tho that price is awfully tempting, but best not to risk it).
